How to Order

Follow the steps below to make sure you get the best experience while shopping with us.

STEP 1

FINDING OUR PRODUCTS

Either navigate to the product category through the navigation menu or use the search bar to search for your product.

You can find the search bar by clicking the word “Search” on desktop devices or the search icon on mobile devices located on the navigation bar at the top of every page.

 

STEP 2

SELECT OPTION ADD TO YOUR CART!

When you’ve found that great pair of jeans or that perfect fit t-shirt, pick your size and add the items to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button located on the same page OR THE “Buy it Now” button to go directly to checkout. The cart will slide out from the right showing all the items currently in your cart. From here you can click on the “proceed to Checkout” button to prepare for checkout.

You can also access your cart from any page, simply click on the cart icon located at the top of the page on the navigation bar.

 

STEP 3

REMOVING ITEMS

 Chose the wrong item? No worries!

Here’s how to remove the item.

Click on the cart icon and then click on the trash can icon underneath the item you would like to remove from your cart

 

STEP 4

CART PAGE

To get to your cart page simply click on the cart icons and then click on “Proceed to Checkout” if you haven’t done so already. From here you can view your full cart inventory, remove items or increase the quantity.

Your cart total is also displayed here. To continue to payment options, click on the “Checkout” button.

 

STEP 5

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Provide us with your shipping address so we can easily and quickly deliver your parcel.

Click on “Shipping Method” to continue.

 

STEP 6

SHIPPING METHOD

If your order is above R800, delivery is free of charge and the “Free Shipping” Option will be available for you to select.

If your order is below R800, delivery is charged at a flat rate of R100 for the North West and Gauteng Province and R120 for the remaining 7 Provinces. The “Standard Shipping” will be the only option available to select.

 

STEP 7

PAYMENT METHODS

Select payment method and click ‘Complete Order’.

PAYFAST CHECKOUT

 

Credit & Cheque Cards

Visa, Mastercard credit cards are the most popular and trusted online payment methods around the world.

 

Instant EFT

Instant EFT by PayFast allows online shoppers with access to internet banking to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) that gets instantly verified.

 

Masterpass

Masterpass is a digital wallet from Mastercard that enables online shoppers to quickly and securely check out and make online payments.

 

SnapScan

SnapScan is one of South Africa’s first ‘scan to pay’ contactless payment apps that makes it easy and safe to pay and receive payments online.

  

Debit Card

Debit cards issued by Maestro and Visa Electron are still popular among many South African shoppers, and can be used to make online purchases.

SCode

SCode is a payment platform that allows shoppers to pay for their online purchases in-store at one of more than 6,000 retail outlets across South Africa.

Zapper 

Zapper is a free ‘scan to pay’ app that makes payments convenient and secure for both online shoppers and merchants.

EFT

Use this option to pay for your BOSSINI order by EFT.

If you would like to pay via Credit / Debit Card, select the PayFast option above.

The BOSSINI banking details will be e-mailed to you and appear once you click "Complete order".

How does it work?

1. Payment is due within 1 business day of placing your order to avoid backlog in requests and product fulfilment for our clients.

2. Please note that banks can take 3-5 business days to clear funds. Your delivery date will be updated once your payment has cleared in our account. 

3. Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the following business day.
