STEP 1

FINDING OUR PRODUCTS

Navigate to the product category through the navigation menu or use the search bar to find your product.

You can find the search bar by clicking the word “Search” on desktop devices or the search icon on mobile devices located in the navigation bar at the top of every page.

STEP 2

SELECT OPTIONS & ADD TO YOUR CART

When you’ve found that great pair of jeans or that perfect-fit t-shirt, select your size and add the item to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, or click “Buy it Now” to go directly to checkout.

The cart will slide out from the right, showing all the items currently in your cart. From here, click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue.

You can also access your cart from any page by clicking the cart icon in the navigation bar.

STEP 3

REMOVING ITEMS

Chose the wrong item? No worries!

Click on the cart icon and then click the trash can icon underneath the item you would like to remove from your cart.

CART PAGE

To get to your cart page, click on the cart icon and then click “Proceed to Checkout” if you haven’t done so already.

From here you can view your full cart, remove items, or increase quantities.
Your cart total will also be displayed. To continue, click the “Checkout” button.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Provide your shipping address so we can quickly and accurately deliver your parcel.

Click on “Shipping Method” to continue.

SHIPPING METHOD

• Orders above R999.99 qualify for free delivery.

• Orders below R999.99 are charged a flat delivery rate of R120.

PAYMENT METHODS

Select your preferred payment method and click “Complete Order”.

PAYFAST CHECKOUT

Credit & Cheque Cards
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are secure and widely used for online payments.

Instant EFT
Instant EFT by PayFast allows online shoppers to make an EFT that is instantly verified.

Masterpass
A digital wallet from Mastercard for fast and secure checkout.

SnapScan
A secure scan-to-pay app for online payments.

Debit Card
Debit cards issued by Maestro and Visa Electron can be used for online purchases.

SCode
Pay for your online purchases in-store at over 6,000 retail outlets across South Africa.

Zapper
A convenient and secure scan-to-pay app.

EFT PAYMENT

Use this option to pay for your BOSSINI order via EFT.

If you prefer to pay via Credit/Debit Card, select the PayFast option above.

BOSSINI banking details will be emailed to you and will also appear after you click “Complete Order”.

How does it work?

• Payment is due within 1 business day of placing your order to avoid delays.

• Banks may take 3–5 business days to clear funds.

• Your delivery date will be updated once payment has cleared.

• Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
