Refunds & Return Policy
RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition.

All original packaging and swing tags must be intact.

Returns are only accepted for online purchases. In-store purchases are excluded from this policy.

Sale/Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
RETURN OPTIONS
1. In-Store Returns (Free & Recommended)
You may return your online order at Bossini SA Store at 120 Fatima Bhayat St, Rustenburg. Simply bring your item and proof of purchase.
You’ll have two options:

A refund to the original payment card. Please allow up to 7 working days for credit cards and up to 14 working days for debit/cheque cards, depending on your bank.

An exchange for another item of your choice in-store.
2. Courier Returns (At Customer's Cost)
To arrange a courier return, please contact us at onlinebossini@gmail.com for assistance and written confirmation before sending the item back.
Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
Important: All courier/shipping fees related to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable, even if a refund is processed.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to:

The original card used for payment, or
-
Via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), depending on the method of purchase.
Please allow 7 to 12 working days for the refund to reflect, subject to your bank’s processing times.
Note: Courier/shipping fees are not included in refunds. Only the value of the returned item will be refunded.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
We will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Item is in original saleable condition with all tags and packaging.

Item has not been worn, used, or altered.

Return is requested within 7 days of purchase.

A valid proof of purchase is provided.
In cases where an item is unavailable due to stock issues or order errors, we will notify you and process a refund for the affected item(s) only.
Bossini reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
