Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer free delivery on all orders over R999.99 within South Africa. Orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners.

• Delivery Timeframes:

  • Major centres: 1–3 working days

  • Outlying/rural areas: Up to 7 working days

In the event of unforeseen delays, we will notify you with an updated estimated delivery date. If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days and have not heard from us, please contact us immediately.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for international orders.

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees associated with international shipping.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the designated courier, Bossini is no longer liable for the parcel. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss, theft, or misplacement during transit

• Damage resulting from courier mishandling

• Delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, customs, strikes, or other unforeseen events

• Incorrect delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer

All tracking and delivery responsibilities lie with the courier service upon dispatch. However, we are happy to assist you with any reasonable claims or follow-ups with the courier where possible.
