Returns & Refunds Policies

Returns

Our return policy allows for a 7-day window for returns from the date of purchase.
Regrettably, if more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers may return items at their own expense.
We do not accept returns on:

  • Undergarments

  • Masks

  • Perfumes

  • Items of a personal or sensitive nature

You will be charged:

  • A R100 restocking fee for returned items

  • A R150 flat shipping fee for exchanges (excluding additional transaction fees)

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refund time may vary depending on your payment method, but typically takes 7 -14 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We are happy to exchange items provided we have the required item and size in stock.
Exchanges will be delivered to the original shipping address, unless otherwise requested.


Store Credit

You may opt to receive store credit in the form of a gift card, which does not expire.
If you wish to cancel your gift card and receive a refund instead, please contact us at onlinebossini@gmail.com


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at onlinebossini@gmail.com
All returns will be carefully inspected and may be sent to the supplier for further review.
If the product is confirmed defective, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an item you did not order or the wrong size, please contact  us or log a return through our website.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.
